/Locale text string
(Optional; ExtensionLevel 3) A string that specifies a locale according to UTS 35, Unicode Technical Standard #35. The string is usually a two-character language code, followed by a two-character territory code, separated by an underscore (_). As noted in UTS 35, the canonical form of a locale ID uses an underscore (_) as a separator, but a processor should treat a hyphen (-) as equivalent to an underscore (_).
